Silence is... Communication.
I never understood the direction from God given to 'be still'. ...Im never able to be still... i have never been able to BE STILL. Even when i can bring myself to sit in once place for an extended period of time, my mind is constantly racing. So when i was told that it might be a good idea to try at night when i pray to be silent for a lil while, i thought that as hard as i might try - there is simply no way it could happen.
So i asked God... to give me the ability to be still before Him - to sit quietly with Him...
It was the most amazing moment of peace that i have ever experienced.
With every breath i inhaled, i just felt closer and closer to Him... Actually able to recieve what He's been promising me all along.
